Job description

  • As Account Delivery Head (ADH), you are responsible for Delivery management of medium to large engagement and being a focal point for Customer as a Leader representative.
  • Experience in managing the programs, especially in the Infra Structure Domains like: Workplace, Datacentre Management, Cloud Transformation and Operations.
  • Represents our company and deals with executive team of the client organization for Delivery, customer satisfaction and farming growth.

Qualification & Skills

  • Experience in managing the programs, especially in the Infra Structure Domains like: Workplace, Datacentre Management, Cloud Transformation and Operations
  • 20 + Years in IT & minimum 10 years in IT Infrastructure Management
  • Collaborates well & Effective communicator at all levels
  • Should have handled large teams in an onsite-offshore model to Delivery Infrastructure related programs, in a managed services model.
  • Manage Account revenue, Growth, Margins and regular review with respective stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop Delivery managers, Program Managers, PMO team and Delivery Leads.
  • Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse and globally distributed teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, oral and presentational)
  • Program Management skills – Manage large portfolio of Projects involving Planning, Communication, Risk, Budget and scope management.
  • Excellent customer management skills and stakeholders.  Manage and Run Customer Governance.
  • Excellent matrix management & virtual team's capabilities across different geographies and functions
  • Understands one or more domains and can appreciate customer's scenario
  • Domain specialization Knowledge of emerging technologies, Various platforms, tools and products and their respective applications
  • Total knowledge of delivery management, various delivery models etc., Understands the Delivery cycle well
  • Awareness of global industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services
  • Large Project management / Program management
  • Handling teams in multiple Geos. Solutioning, experience of managed services
  • Infra Domain Experience (as specified above)
