Job description

  • Business Development for identifying new logos in the Healthcare market
  • Build pro-active client contacts, create value messaging, plan and execute sales encounters
  • Develop an opportunity pipeline 
  • Work with internal teams in building right value proposition to customers
  • Arrange for meetings with key stakeholders in client/prospect organizations
  • Lead Generation & Opportunity creation at client/prospect organizations
  • Lead RFI/RFP process and ensure alignment with internal Organization
  • Win, Stabilize & Grow new client relationships
  • Interact with key advisors, analysts, technology & business partners for improved market visibility

Qualification & Skills

  • 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as business development manager in the Healthcare market.
  • Closed relevant deals in the area of:
  • ICT & BPO Services
  • IT Sourcing
  • ICT projects
  • Great communication skills
  • Passioned about helping clients to solve their (business) issues
  • Good network (C-level minus 1) within the Healthcare market
  • A Masters or HBO Degree
  • 3-5 years of Business Development experience in The Netherlands within the Healthcare market
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing
