About the client

Hands on executive for the target industries, with 08/15 years’ minimum experience selling in the Dutch market 

Qualification & Skills

Key capabilities: 

  • Ability to generate leads and opportunities for the target customer companies based in The Netherlands
  • Ability to engage in consultative selling with prospects – developing propositions and making presentations 
  • Ability to generate competitive intelligence and work towards target pricing to win customers
  • Track record of successful Sales with IT services industry across ADMS, IMS, BPO and IES. 
  • Experience of working with Offshore delivery and competence units  
  • Ability to enjoy working in multicultural environment with working language as English
  • Ability to engage CXO on IT strategy, Business plans & IT Spends  


  • Brainstorming with business development team to create new project strategies
  • Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
  • Managing company and client expectations
  • Reviewing timeframes and budgets
  • Creating sales pitches
  • Executing sales objectives
  • Managing client accounts
  • Finding and following new sales leads
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients

  • Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data

  • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
