Job description

  • Identifying, exploring and providing insight and understanding in all aspects, functions/processes which are crucial for data management organization and he/she has to translate this into a data strategy and implementation/transformation of this strategy.
  • Strategic Business Partner who is able to oversee and identify opportunities. solutions and possibilities of data to improve the organization effectivity and efficiency.
  • Translation towards a new data management and data governance in the organization in close cooperation with Business and ICT management.
  • Protection of privacy, ethics and security of data.
  • Inspirator and Data Leader within the enterprise on all levels.

Qualification & Skills

  • Proven (sr) leadership and team player in complex organization transformations. Change leader in business and ICT.
  • Multi year experience in data trends and development of data strategies.
  • Familiar in data science/data analytics.
  • Experience with data architectures and security.
  • Proven experience in Data governance and Data management.
  • Insight in Privacy Regulations, Data Ethics and Data Culture.
