International Public Services (Rest of World) is a new and growing unit within our client's company. The unit aspires to grow in Netherlands and in Europe and is expanding its team with talented professionals who share the aspiration of growth. 

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the Client Relationship for existing (& future) customer(s) in The Netherlands
  • Client Relationship includes P&L management, Sales and Relationship management, growth and pipeline development, Customer Satisfaction
  • You will be responsible for creating the account business plan and execution of the same on yearly basis
  • You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle (from demand creation till contract sign off) by working with cross-functional teams of technology, domain, legal, finance, data privacy and delivery 
  • You will be responsible for proactive demand creation by working with the account team, the ISU team and the Horizontal teams (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Infrastructure etc.)
  • You will develop relationships with partner organizations for positioning us as a leader for both proactive and reactive business opportunities

Qualification & Skills

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in handling medium to large size accounts in the Public Services in The Netherlands
  • B.E. or M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French or German is preferred
  • Thorough understanding and demonstrable Sales experience in managed services deals, consulting led initiatives and large (multi-tower & multi-year) deals
  • Strong customer facing and relationship building skills 
  • A blend of process and business acumen
  • Able to lead and motivate cross functional teams
  • A can-do attitude, result-focused and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Good understanding of Agility and associated frameworks (SAFe, LeSS etc.)
  • Good understanding of Cloud concepts
