Qualification & Skills

  • Ability to collect and analyze data on marketing campaigns, market research, sales numbers, customer interactions and related experiences
  • Has the required technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data, and can process, design and present it in ways to help people, business and organizations make better decisions 
  • Ability to use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostics and predictive analytics efforts
  • Understands key data management and governance principles and is experienced in advising organizations on related best practices 
  • Is experienced with managing master data and related data models, including the creation, updates and deletion 
  • Is experienced in data mining and multi touch point customer analytics  
  • Ability to create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis and customer insights generated 
  • Is familiar with managing and designing the BI and reporting environment
  • Track record of managing small to mid-size engagements or work streams focused on data & analytics programs 
  • Ability to build the bridge between business strategy, user needs and technical capabilities
  • Technical knowhow around database languages (e.g. SQL, R and Python) and data visualization software and related analytics tools e.g. Tableau or Qlikview
  • Ability to conduct “gap to fit” analysis & scoping workshops
  • Ability to manage and coordinate data (science) experts
  • Ability to relate to and engage with clients and to lead data and visibility client workshops 
  • 8+ years of experience in data (science) and analytics role 
  • 8+ years in consulting and or agencies
  • Excellent communication skills: written, visual (PPT) and spoken
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a requirement, in German is desirable
  • Willingness to travel 75%
