Job description

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with CIO and business leaders to understand the client’s vision and how ServiceNow plays in their digital transformation journey. Translate business objectives to outcomes into a customer roadmap
  • Enterprise architecture
  • Responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve complex business objectives
  • Engages with customer enterprise architects and position digital transformation platform integrated with core systems
  • Establish and manage technical governance processes
  • Drive solid instance health by reviewing and guiding the remediation of configurations
  • Work with client teams to establish delivery operating model governance to ensure successful go-lives, end-user adoption and on-going support
  • Advocate/champion advisory and expert services best practices and industry use cases with clients
  • Contribute thought leadership (methodology and white papers) on how Advisory, Expert Services, and Co-Delivery can optimize to achieve customer outcomes
  • Guide a customer down a prescriptive solution design and manage through the technical implementation decision points
  • Define solutions across the platform that align to out of the box capabilities
  • Support the sales effort scoping and estimation that refine the customer vision and capabilities into activities and estimates

Qualification & Skills

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of overall experience with atleast 5 years of experience in consulting.
  • Provide high end consulting services to stakeholders across the client domains to ensure the delivery of strategic outcomes
  • Proven experience of working with and delivering projects on Digital Experience Platforms, including at least one of the following Salesforce, PEGA, ServiceNow, AEM, Sitecore, etc
  • Proven experience of working in the areas of CRM, E-commerce, Sales & Marketing Automation domains with ability to manage mid-size to large size commercial (marketing, sales and service) transformation
  • Proven experience of working with Cloud based Microservices Architecture, mobile apps and saas based platforms
  • Knowledge of Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF, SOA, etc)
  • Apply expert knowledge of systems and best practices on optimal designs to ensure high quality solutions are delivered to the business
  • Working collaboratively with the online and technology teams, helping the team to deliver business critical online products and services
  • Identify opportunities to resolve complex problems, deliver value, optimise benefits and reduce the cost base
  • Responsible for business and technology collaboration and ensure effective engagement with various stakeholders
  • Own, source and manage solution architecture outcomes, develop documentation and obtain approval from key stakeholders
  • Participating in system design reviews
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English & Local language in the country is a requirement
  • Willingness to travel 50%
