- Lead Team for one or more customers.
- Plan and manage consulting engagements to shape transformation roadmap. Design the transformation.
- Help client customer to align Business Strategy => Digital Strategy => Digital Transformation
- Help client customers with - Value Proposition Design and Business Model Innovation.
- Design Transformation Programs and Establish E2E view - Customer Experience >> Business Capabilities >> Operating Model >> IT Capabilities >> Data >> Change Management
- Help customers with ""Value Management"" (Business as well as Customer) - Define, Design, Realize, Track & Refine
- Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders and members
- Drive consultative sales for client
Qualification & Skills
- 10-15 years of overall experience with atleast 5 years of experience in consulting.
- Being hands-on is mandatory requirement.
- Experience building and realizing digital strategy & complex digital transformations
- Strong business level understanding of digital technologies
- Strong command of key CX concepts, drivers and trends in CX
- Hands on experience of Lean Startup ways of working
- Familiarity with Customer Experience Measurement and Voice of Customer
- Understanding of industrial and creative service design process, variety of experience on design methods and practices: Design thinking, future studies, user and experience design
- Strong experience developing customer journey maps to articulate current and future state
- Practical experience of agile design process for designing digital solutions and applying user centric methods in it
- Practical experience on functional and process design, operations design and system development practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English & Local language in the country is a requirement
- Willingness to travel 50%
