Additionally, our client helps envision, monetize, and optimize our customers shared service strategy, whether it is shared service centers in new world locations or the traditional hubs that leverage the latest digital capabilities around cloud, automation and machine learning.
Job description
As a business consultant at our client's FaSST department you will work on one or more of the following projects:
- GBS/SSC design or implementation
- ERP or EPM implementation / Financial planning and budgeting & Management information and reporting/ Financial consolidation and financial reporting (various accounting standards)
- End-to-end cycle of applied experience in implementing EPM applications or ERP in large complex organizations is required
- Primary working in delivery teams for client engagements;
- Delivering FaSST consulting services, producing high quality deliverables, without supervision
- Leading work-streams, supervising the work of more junior consultants and support their development
Qualification & Skills
We are looking for enthusiastic business consultants with a degree in one of the following studies:
- Economics / Accounting / Business (eg. MBA) / Finance / Computer Science with professional qualifications in accounting / Finance (such as CPA or CFA etc.)
- 3 to 7 years of relevant working experience as a finance transformation business analyst/consultant, SSC transformation advisor or EPM / ERP analyst
- Working experience at the Big-4 is a must
- Attention to detail, superb organization skills, and strong sense of delivering client success
- Ability to work with cross organizational users – Finance, Support, Sales, Operations, etc. – to identify issues and drive them to resolution, translate business issues into solutions at clients
- Aware of Agile / Scrum methodology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel (Post-COVID) a must
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
