The company has a large client base in the financial and insurance sector, but also serves customer in other markets with agile solutions, cyber security and data solutions.
Job description
- As a Business Developer / Account Manager, you are member of the Dutch sales and marketing team, with key responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and explore business opportunities with (large) corporate organisations, both in the profit and non-profit sector.
- You will create and manage your own portfolio & pipeline of new and existing clients making use of your own extensive network
- Create proposals, defend them and negotiate in order to find the best win-win situation.
- Expand the client portfolio, bring in new logo’s.
- Understand our service portfolio and ability to match to client needs
- Leverage the knowledge and expertise of our 30 Dutch coaches, regarding agile, digital and cultural transformations, in creating profitable business.
- Close collaboration with marketing professionals to organise events, create content and build our brand
Qualification & Skills
- Communicative, ability to engage with potential clients on different levels; middle to senior management in both IT and business (marketing) environments. Including C-Level.
- Creative thinker, think out of the box to co-create the relevant solutions for & with our partners to answer their business needs.
- Team player, work with coaches and biz dev colleagues to drive the next phase of our evolution
- Understanding of challenges faced by large organisations in today’s business environment, both in IT, business and management domains.
- Pro-active, hands on and independent approach to organising work and taking responsibility in planning and execution of workload
- Transparent, open to share experiences, learn from and with others.
- Customer centric mindset; support clients to achieve their goals and meet their challenges, taking the future health of our company into account
