Job description
- The programme director to act as a single point of contact with customer and TCS Engagement Head for the day-to-day management of the interests of the client organisation.
- Ensure smooth delivery and governance of transformation program
- The programme director is responsible for ongoing management to ensure that desired programme outcomes and objectives are delivered. The person must have adequate knowledge and information about the business and the programme to be able to make informed decisions.
- To co-ordinate and delivery value management strategy
- To Establish engage Partners and 3rd part suppliers for program outcome
Qualification & Skills
- Strong experience in Telecom Network and OSS across both fixed and mobile network (RAN, Core, IMS, Data centers)
- Required Experience Skill Set
- Experience in handling OSS Assurance, NOC and managed services engagements
- Understands Network vendors play e.g. Ericsson, Nokia, HWE stack
- Programme Management with large OSS Transformation experience
- IT and Business Transformation Expertise
- Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Managing CxO level relationship
- Strategic Portfolio Definition and Management
- Experience in Data Strategy and deployment
- Understand latest A & I and Automation trends in Networks
- Must-Have Experience in Network and OSS Assurance domain for Major Telcos
- Major Transformation Program Management
- Experience in Business and Technology Consulting Projects
- Fluent Written and Oral communication skills in Dutch and English
