Job description

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing customer experiences through research (customer and stakeholder interviews, surveys, market/competitive research), ideation, and strategic business planning
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on customer experience transformation
  • Preparing and participating in client presentations
  • Leading discovery-related conversations and design thinking workshops
  • Creating customer experience artifacts (personas, customer journey maps, service design documents, etc.)
  • Driving and guiding customer experience design on engagement projects
  • Advocating for user-centric best practices and modern digital design 
  • Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders and members
  • Drive consultative sales for client

Qualification & Skills

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience, with strong consulting & design background
  • Strong command of key CX concepts, drivers, and trends in CX
  • Strong business-level understanding of digital technologies
  • Some level of understanding of business strategy
  • Strong experience designing customer journey maps and creating other CX documentation to articulate current and future state
  • Familiarity with Customer Experience Measurement and Voice of Customer
  • Ability to lead client discussions
  • High quotient for creativity and innovation
  • Hands on experience of Lean Startup ways of working
  • Understanding of industrial and creative service design process, variety of experience on design methods and practices:  Design thinking, future studies, user and experience design 
  • Excellent communication skills: written, visual and verbal
  • Fluency in English & Local language in the Country is a requirement
  • Willingness to travel 50%
