Job description

  • Extract and analyse customer RFI/RFP/Tender data for solution/services development. Make sure we fully understand the questions from the Tender documents. Work together with Sales to have a deep understanding of the question behind the question.
  • Coordinate and compile responses from various teams within our companyt based on RFI/RFP/Tender requirements and submission deadlines
  • Own and Run the solution blueprint workshops and define the overall solution jointly with other solution team members – you remain the owner of entire solution response including solution, effort estimates and pricing
  • Assure the quality of the response: Are the correct technology choices made, does the answer address all the issues related to the question, Does solution come out as cohesive, integrated and holistic solution
  • Ensure that the teams are defining and writing the solution in PPT and/or Word Document based on agreed solution 
  • Work with the Sales and Pre-Sales team to customize and develop a competitively priced and innovative solution to meet specific customer needs
  • Write the solution in PPT and Word Document jointly with other solution owners (if and when needed)

Qualification & Skills

  • >10 years of demonstrable experience of creating and shaping transformation solutions both in private and public sector
  • Relevant experience of leading large multi-year bids/tenders as Solution Owner in Public Sector in NL and/or BE
  • Thorough understanding and demonstrable experience of working with different technologies (legacy and latest) for creating solutions
  • Good understanding of Agility and associated frameworks (SAFe, LeSS etc.)
  • B.E. or M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French or German is preferred
  • Strong customer facing and relationship building skills 
  • A blend of process and business acumen
  • Able to lead and motivate cross functional teams
  • A can-do attitude, result-focused and able to work to tight deadlines
