Job description

1. Minimum 10+ years’ experience in implementation of D365 F&O,

2. Must have experience in Finance, SCM, Manufacturing modules,

3. Must have experience of at least 3 end to end implementations, so full SDLC from concept through to production deployment,

4. Must have experience in Sure step methodology, LCS and AzureDevOps,

5. Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions, upstream and downstream interfaces,

6. Dynamics 365 F&O certification is must,

7. MB-920, MB-300, MB-310 & MB-700,

8. Cloud architecture and deployment experience,

9. Experience of business consolidation across multiple business units, so creating a central solution,

10. Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable with working with stakeholders at all levels,

11. Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of package solutions and PoCs,

12. Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements,

13. TOGAF certification would be nice-to-have.

Qualification & Skills

1. Owns the functional end-to-end solution,

2. Ensures end-to-end solution consistency and correctness,

3. Designs and takes responsibility of the governance for an integrated system that meets the product-owner’s vision,

4. Assesses the systems architecture currently in place and works with technical team to continually improve it,

5. Provides leadership and guidance to the team throughout the implementation, deployment, and support to ensure accurate delivery of project plans,

6. Possesses deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform including Finance, Supply Chain Management (aka D365FO), and Human Resources with the particular strength in identifying what can be delivered out of the box and when it is fitting to use custom development,

7. Communicates effectively with clients, leads meetings and workshops,

8. Detail scope and owns estimates for sales proposals and statements of work.
